When can I expect a reply to my ticket?

When you raise a ticket, you can expect a reply within one business day.  The the interest generated by the launch of Pranic Healing as a Profession, we may take a little longer.  We trust you understand.

For ticket escalations (when things might take a little longer) , we may require 24 to 48 hours, but we will notify you if your ticket is escalated.

Once your ticket is opened, you will receive an email within several minutes with your ticket number.  If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder.  Please note that to view the status of your ticket or view any previous tickets, you are required to register with your name and email address on our help desk portal page.  Instructions on how to register are included  your ticket confirmation email.
