What are your service desk hours of operation?

  1. Our knowledge base is open 24/7 365 days per year.
  2. Our ticketing function is available 24/7 365 days per year.
  3. We aim to respond to tickets within one (1) business day. Escalated tickets may take longer and we will notify you if we need extra time.
  4. Our chat function is available Monday to Friday during certain hours. See below.
  5. Our chat hours are normally 11:00 am to 9:00 pm New York Time which is 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Los Angeles Time.  Note:  Service may be suspended during meditations of the Masters or other special Pranic Healing events.    In these instances, your missed chat will automatically be created as a ticket in our system and an agent will contact you as soon as possible.
